Within Australia - Australia Post Rates

Australian Dietitian has no means of tracking standard orders once they are shipped.

Delivery with Standard Australia Post usually happens within 2-7 business days from time of despatch.

Please be aware that the delivery time frame may vary according to the area of delivery and due to various reasons, the delivery may take longer than the original estimated timeframe.

If you have not received your delivery, we advise you to go to your local post office, as the parcel may be there awaiting your collection. Please note that sometimes you may not have received the card.

If you have not received any information after contact with Australia Post, please contact us to confirm that the details for delivery logged with us are correct. We will then contact you with the appropriate action.

Please note that deliveries through Australia Post cannot be easily tracked.

Status email will advise up to date arrival date once ordered with supplier.

Delivery Restrictions

Reshipping

If your order is returned to us by the delivery company due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details, you will be charged the cost of reshipping the order. Please note that if the delivery address is incorrect and the order has been shipped, depending on the delivery option selected we may not be able to change the delivery address until the order has been returned.

Tracking Your Books

Tracking states "Parcel Delivered" however, parcel has not been received.

Sometimes a carrier will scan your books as having been delivered prior to their arrival at your postal address. The package is usually delivered within the week. If you don't receive your package after a reasonable amount of time please check the following.

  • Has another person has accepted the parcel?
  • Has the parcel has been left by the courier in a "safe place"? Check around the delivery address.
  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery in your mail box, PO Box or under your front door. Follow the instruction on the notice for redelivery or pickup.
  • Contact the carrier and ask for information about the parcel's location. Ensure you have your tracking information at hand.

No Tracking Information?

If your package is being delivered to an international address using standard shipping, a tracking number will not be used. If your package does not arrive within the estimated shipping time, please wait a further few days. Usually packages arrive on or just after the expected shipping time. Item Not Included in Your Shipment

If you're parcel does not include all the items you ordered check Your Account to ensure you included the item in your list. On occasion your items need to be delivered in separate packages. Please wait a few working days before contacting Australian Dietitian at sales@australiandietitian.com

Customs and Clearance
