COELIAC AWARENESS WEEK:
March 13-20 is Coeliac Awareness Week. Over 355 000 Australians have Coeliac Disease, however 80% of these people remain undiagnosed. People who have coeliac disease may experience many symptoms, while others may have very few. Coeliac Disease is a serious Auto-immune disease and can be triggered by foods that contain gluten (e.g. breads and cereals).
