Australian Dietitian offers complementary webinars with Rowan Stewart for students and dietitians.

These webinars go hand-in-hand with the NCPro Virtual Learning Environment and online cases.

If it’s your first time joining our webinars we recommended you come online a few minutes before-hand to ensure your camera and audio is set up correctly.

GotoMeeting Basics

GotoMeeting is a web-hosted service for online meetings and video conferences.

You can join Australian Dietitian’s webinars via phone, ipad, tablet, laptop, desktop or rocket ship (kidding! – it’s April fools afterall). We’ve provided some links to basic set-up instructions so you can get started and enjoy the webinars seemlessly.

Mobile Devices

Connecting to GotoMeeting on your phone or iPad is a fast and easy option.

Quite simply you just need to download the GoToMeeting app on your device and search our meeting room gotomeet.me/NCPro.

Important please make sure you allow the app to access your camera and microphone – that way you can join in the conversation!

Desktops

If you are joining GoToMeeting from a desktop for the first time you can choose to join in your browser or in the desktop app. Note, Chrome is the recommended browser for GoToMeeting.

GoToMeeting Web App

You can join sessions online instead of using the desktop app or a mobile app. The GoToMeeting Web App is a browser-based version of GoToMeeting that can be run entirely online.

Basic steps to join are as follows:

Open a Google Chrome browser
Go to https://app.gotomeeting.com
Enter the Meeting ID, then click the arrow key (hint: search “NCPro”)
You’ll be automatically launched into the Waiting Room or the live session

If you are joining us for the first time please test your audio and webcam settings to ensure we can hear you and see your wonderful faces!

Rowan is known for her best-selling Handbook of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, a key text in universities and clinical practice.
